eMZINONI – A recent police operation has yielded positive results.

According to the police, a number of arrests were made and suspects are facing prosecution since Operation Thunderstorm has begun this year.

Four men were arrested recently for being in possession of stolen items.

Police also recovered many stolen items such as televisions and music systems believed to have been stolen during housebreakings.

Const Cynthia Mtsweni, police spokesman, said residents whose property was stolen, can go to the police station for viewing.

They must take their IDs and proof that the item belongs to them, with them.
