Col Victor Mnguni, head of the crime privation unit, called on eMbalenhle locals to refrain from saying the police are cowards.

This came after disgruntled locals called the police cowards during the community meeting on Wednesday, 1 November at Gate 7, Extension 22.

The aim of the meeting was to find solutions regarding crime in the area, especially gangsterism.
