Bethal Correctional Services awards staff

Mr Goodman Sibusiso Khumalo and Ms Biance de Wet are some of the certificate recipients.

Bethal Correctional Services awarded their staff with certificates in different categories on 10 November.

The categories are Learnership, Compulsory Induction Programme, Firearm and Emerging Management Development Programme.

Ms Ruth Letsoalo, Regional Head of HR, Ms Limenda Hendricks and Mr Eddie Nhlengethwa, Regional Coordinator HR Development, were awarded with certificates of acknowledgement for their support and dedication to Bethal management area certificate ceremony task team.

It was emphasized that the services main goal is the rehabilitation of offenders.

Mr Abram Chauke, Manager HR Development, motivated the crowd with his positive speech in which he said: “Your attitude will determine your altitude.

“If your attitude is not 100 percent right, you can not prosper.”

Ms Letsoalo reminded the staff about the importance of continuous study and to empower themselves.

“It starts with you. Do not say that they are not doing anything for you to help you when you are not doing anything for yourself.”

Each member received a certificate in the different categories they qualified.
